This month, I wanted to take an opportunity to share a short story from one of our customers.
Our customer service representative, Brian Burnside, walked a new customer named Kyle through the purchase and installation of some of our Modern Sporting Rings. I read the string of emails. Brian handled the situation perfectly.
This morning, an email with a quick note came in. Brian immediately forwarded it to me. I was moved enough to ask for permission to share it with you. When you think things are bad, sometimes they can be worse. I could not be more happy for Kyle and his father. It looks like they had an incredible hunt. I pray they have many more hunts just like this and that Kyle also gets to share the outdoors with his children.
Let’s all take a moment this Thanksgiving to be thankful for all that we have. It can be taken from us in an instant. As outdoorsmen, we get to share times like this with the people we love the most. If you know what I’m talking about, give me a “Hell yeah!” For those of you that have never spent time in the field with family and friends, I encourage you to do so. It will heal your soul.
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Hunting,
Gary

A short story.
Hi Talley Rings,
I wanted to follow up with you since your rings were a part of a really cool thing. My dad drew a pretty good tag out here in Colorado. In July we found out that he had pancreatic cancer, and some concerns were expressed about his rifle hurting his body; he was leaning towards turning the tag back in. We ended up getting him a 6.5 Creedmoor and putting a brake on it with the idea that he will hunt with it as much as he can. He had the receiver engraved with a message for the grandkids. This will be the gun they will learn with it and use it when they get older. Your rings held the scope on that rifle, and everything went just great. I wanted to thank you for always being so quick to answer questions, respond to my orders, and be so helpful. Attached are some pictures.
Sincerely,
Kyle
